HVAC Service Dept. Manager

In 1980, Lee began working in the HVAC industry as an installer and service technician. He joined Aldag/Honold Mechanical, Inc. in April 1990. Lee served his environmental service apprenticeship and received his journeymen’s card in the summer of 1995. He worked as a service technician from 1990-1998 and during this time, Lee’s duties consisted of troubleshooting, repairing, and installing various HVAC systems. Lee’s current position as the service department manager began in August 1998. In this position, Lee oversees 9-12 service technicians and one service dispatcher. He supports each technician with their duties regarding service solutions and repairs, as well as their involvement in
company-wide new and replacement projects.
