Project Manager - Custom Fabrication

Ben Felbab is Aldag Honold’s Custom Fabrication Project Manager, specializing in industrial fabrication with a strong niche in stainless steel work and food processing facilities. Ben began his career with Aldag/Honold in 2011, completing his apprenticeship and gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the sheet metal trade.
In 2024, Ben transitioned into the office, where he quickly established himself as a driven, customer-focused project manager known for his energy, dedication, and deep technical understanding of fabrication. His field background gives him a unique ability to bridge design, fabrication, and installation, ensuring projects are efficient, accurate, and built to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid hunter and fisherman.
